The "toughest team competition under the sun" will take place for the 36th time in 2023. As a VIP guest, you will be up close and personal and will be able to follow the athletes' top performances every step of the way. Red Bull Dolomitenmann in figures: The mountain runners face a 12 kilometer race with 2,000 meters of climbing. The paragliders sail down to Lienz, while the mountain bikers pedal 1,600 meters of altitude up to the Hochsteinkreuz. The kayakers first plunge 7 meters down into the river and then fight their way back to the finish in Lienz. Overall victory is only possible if all four individual athletes perform to their absolute best. Now you can experience the unique mountain world of the Dolomites in a gentler way as part of the Hike & Fly program, with paragliding pro Paul Guschlbauer, multiple winner of the Red Bull Dolomitenmann. Paul will take you on hiking tours through the Lienz Dolomites and accompany you on paragliding flights. You will climb across the peaks before resting for the night in a traditional cabin. Do you have a paragliding license? Have you already got some experience flying over alpine terrain? Then pack your rucksack and make your way to Lienz!

Whether it's for hiking, climbing, rafting, mountain biking, or paragliding - the Lienz Dolomites are a huge outdoor playground for alpine sports enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. The mountain range extends over a length of 40 kilometers in East Tyrol, south of the town of Lienz, from the Kartitscher Sattel to the Gailberg. Among the highest peaks are the Grosse Sandspitze (2,770 m) and the Spitzkofel (2,718 m). If you want to explore the Dolomites on foot, there is a wide network of hiking routes on offer. There is also a large number of starting points for paragliding flights. The location in East Tyrol boasts top conditions for dreamlike Hike & Fly days!
Your accommodation at the 4-star wellness hotel, in the Holunderhof in Lienz, is as cosy as the Red Bull Dolomitenmann event is challenging. It has comfortable rooms, an excellent restaurant and a 120 m2 wellness area. The Hike & Fly group will also spend a night in the Anna Schutzhaus cabin. It is located in the foothills of the Kreuzeck Group mountain range. From here you have magnificent views of the Dolomites. The cabin provides accommodation for up to two dozen hikers in rooms and dormitories, and contains washing and showering facilities. And don't forget - you can look forward to hearty regional cuisine and delicious pastries!
